Why we started Purple IQ.
Honestly, we built Purple IQ because we got tired of search that felt like it was working against us. Answers came wrapped in ads. A robot’s guess got shoved in front of the real pages. And “free” always seemed to mean paying with a quiet record of everything we looked up.
We figured we couldn’t be the only ones who just wanted the simple thing back: real pages, no sales pitch, and a search engine that minds its own business. So instead of waiting for one of the big names to build it, we did.
